In the experiment, however, turbulence statistics are often influenced by secondary flows inherently arising in a tank particularly under large oscillation conditions. In this study, we aim at suppressing the secondary flow by rotating the tank with small rotation speed. The flow field of the oscillating grid turbulence in a tank with a small rotation speed are visualized and measured with the PIV technique.
